northeastern Ohio | The compressor died on our LG refrigerator at 3 years old. If I remember correctly, it cost $300 for the labor/service call to get it repaired (one trip to diagnose and other trip to fix). The warranty covered the parts (I was told the compressor would have been $300 if out of warranty). The worst part: it took a week for the service guy to show up and then two more weeks to get the new compressor.
It's a nice unit, but I'm not sure that I would buy another. | |
