KY | We were going to be at the lake for the Holiday, but the 6 inches of rain so far today has scratched that. Now, we're scrambling to throw together a small get together. I typically smoke a lot of ribs, whole chickens, an occasional boston butt or pork tenderloin, sometimes a ham around the holidays. What's some favorite smoker meats and how do you prefer to bribe, rub, or otherwise season them? Just fishing for different ideas to see if anything anyone else does that jumps out to us. | |
