DeKalb, IL | The first thing that comes to mind is about your operating system: have you been updating it, or are you operating on an early version? I'm running 10.3.3 on my phone (a 6) and the current version of the Weather Channel app runs fine. I do know that the app has been updated several times--sometimes after an OS update, other times because it's Tuesday. At some point, the update is designed to require a current OS version. If you're current with the OS, I have no idea what that error statement might indicate. | |
