Might be a compatibility issue. Looks like it requires IOS version 10.0, also that the only 5 it is compatible with is a 5s. Updated on Aug 22, so maybe some requirements changed. If you have the 5s, make sure your IOS is up to date.

I'd start there and see what happens.
