If you're so concerned about privacy and tracking you shouldn't be using email as a form of communication regardless of provider.  The email protocol is inherently secure.  Use gMail.  If you can't get yourself to use their free service subscribe to Google for Work and create your own domain.  Its used by many large corporations and acceptable in the banking and financial world.
