| My wife owned a catering business for 30 years. You couldn't give her an electric stove top. Gas has much better, and quicker response for cooking temps. On the other hand, she prefers an electric / convection oven. No longer caters but has a gas cook top & a double electric convevtion wall oven in her kitchen. Before we remodeled she had a dual fuel range, cas stove top electric convection oven in the house kitchen that she really liked. | |
