South-central Nebraska | I've got a Green Mountain so it cooks just like a Traeger.
1. I've done pizza like the previous poster, a whole different flavor.
2. Had great results with Brisket, ribs and shoulder roasts for pulled pork. Fill the grill up, it takes the same amount of time whether you do one or a full grill.
3. I like doing chicken wings whether precooked or not. It's easier to get them right cause no flare ups or burning.
4. Burgers and hot dogs still work better on a regular grill cause it takes less time. | |
