| We bought and installed a GSI watchdog system last year. It is connected to internet by LAN cable to ISP with a static IP.
The system works perfectly for the most part and I'm able to access on almost all internet platforms I've tried, but the one I'm having trouble with is mobile data from my phone using AT&t service. It is able to access the login screen, but when the password is put in the screen blinks and remains on the login screen.
Any ideas?
Being able to access the dryer in the field is why I need my phone to work with the system.
Things I've tried:
1. Verifying with ISP that ports are not blocked. (They are not)
2. Trying different phones (Fail)
3. Trying with other phone service and internet service. (Verizon worked, separate service through the same ISP as watchdog on, Frontier DSL, my brother-in-law in Europe) They worked.
