Looks easy to kill. Was in neighbors fencline. Undersides of leaves tacky feeling. So might be highly competitive or difficult to control?
This is what mature seedpods look like.
They get hooked on deer legs (or yours) and get spread that way. Honestly, as far as those are along, I'd hack it and burn it. Just to make sure. Wear gloves. They're really oily and smell terrible.
