| Make sure you have your controller on and your Drone also powered up. If you are using an IPAD, open up the DJI app (assuming you are using) and go into Camera Mode...this is the area to fly your Phantom...at the top middle, there is a "drone" icon...this is your Main controller setting, under there make sure your Beginner mode is off and just under there is a "set Max Flight Altitude" This setting is in meters, so make sure you put in 121 for just under 400 feet....
