There is no dicamba damage there, this is whats bad news for dicamba as soon as someone sees a wrinkled leaf or some cupping they assume dicamba. Im betting there is something else or an outlook was sprayed on these beans earlier at some point . Also , the neighbor was off label if he sprayed that late or his beans were still in the R1 stage and he has a long growing season ahead of him.
