It's a low voltage code, it indicates that between 512 and 1500 rpm that system voltage is below 11.2 volts. If it is active ( caution light on) when the tractor is running, check system voltage to see if the alternator is charging or if system voltage is actually low.
Speaking from experience, it is probably time for a new BIF controller.
