Development prices for farmland "here" would make anybody blush.
If you owned 100 acres in the hot development areas, you wouldn't even need to farm after you sold it.
+2 Development is something that NEVER gives you enough $ for the headaches that follow.
Remember you set the supply and get to set the price.
If you sell cheap don't ever consider complaining about commodity prices. |
