I know of 4 to 1 trades around the Sioux Falls area, some even higher.
I personally would not want any money exchange. Pick out the piece of farm land
you would trade for, he buys it, and you do an exchange.
If some one offered AG land prices for ground to be developed, all
conversation would end with that party.
