Subject: Environmental mastitis

So I currently am milking 70 cows in my short time at milking I have only ever have had 3 cows that I had to treat mastitis on. Since April I have had 14 cows blow up with untreatable mastitis. I am running over 300 on cell count and it's all coming from cows with the samples I have sent in it rounds out to about 20% of my herd has high cell that is untreatable, and I know it is because I always have the samples cultured. What can I do this is killing me and the factory is already on my ass about the cell count. P.s. this morning I had two more cows blow up with new mastitis and know one can find a problem other than my barn is not very good ventilated and always wet and sloppy and that my pasture is a mud whole and I can't really fix those
