NW MN | A good tech/mechanic is going to cost you a lot more than $30-40k a year. You are not going to find the talent you mention for $15-20 no bennies, at least here. Regular farm hands that are reliable make that or more. $50k of dealer labor is maybe 400/hours a year of actual shop time. Maybe find a guy who works at a dealer or shop who wants to moonlight/weekends for $25-35/hr. Before I farmed enough myself I did just that, was nothing to do $40-60k worth of dealer work per year working part time for my employer. | |
