Southeast Colorado | We're a long ways from drying up down here. I guarantee you that somewhere in the corn belt it's dry because we're getting all of their rain. Been over 3 weeks since we've done any field operations and those were just brief moments. Evaporation rates are half of normal for the last month and precip has been triple. We've had over 3 inches in the last week. Good crops on the way but I'm actually seeing N deficiency showing up now for the FIRST time in my life............as well as some water holes that needed tile to drain...........LOL.........hahahaha! (seriously though) EDIT: We could definitely use some heat though.
