Ag Leader Ontrac3 will do this. You can engage while stopped, and once you start moving it will acquire the line. You can also stop partway down the field and reverse while still autosteering or simply pause for a few seconds say to adjust something then start again without touching any buttons. If you stop moving eventually it will disengage after a certain amount of time. i would assume Steercommand is the same but cannot confirm with first hand experience.
