Subject: Autopilot not holding line

Ilderton, Ontario
55 Cat with Trimble AP NavII controller. I'm having issues on my airseeder as the oil warms ( not overheating). I can calibrate when the oil is cool or warm while running a fan on fert tender on strip tiller and it will hold the line all day.
When I put it on my JD airseeder, which causes it to warm the oil more, but still only 1/3 of the way on gauge, the system initially will start to fail to the left (not correcting back right). When this happens, I can go into cal. Mode and try and adjust gain, but it just won't calibrate correctly. Rise times go off the chart (2940 ms)even when I put in a gain of 40. I have replaced the spools, switched pressure sensors side for side, even taken the whole block off and washed it. We have switched pressure valves (silver hex heads) as well. I'm running out of hair...
