The accelerator rolls are good. I replaced them with the orange polly ones.

I don't think we're grinding too much cob compared to what I read about with Gleaners breaking cobs. We don't fill the chaffer with cobs anyway.

I am concerned that my 2004 Challenger (same as a Hugger of that era) takes too much leaf in. I have cut notches in the stalk rolls and it maybe improved some but not a ton.
