Southeast South Dakota | when I was new to android - i installed a different dialer - then after uninstalling that one I didn't reactivate the old one (like setting a default program to use when the phone rings) - the phone would ring if I remember - but I didint have any program set to auto open and ask if I wanted to answer.....
to test call someone... (in other ewords have the phone program open and running) and have someone call yo uat the same time -
see if you an then answer
and yes it could be the provider....
