The only Lidar I could find on there was
"Pricing: LiDAR is priced by the square kilometer (sq km) and the minimum order is 1 sq km ($440). LiDAR is ordered by uploading a defined area SHP file (UTM projection) on the Spatial Data Store. To access the store, select the ‘shopping cart icon’ under ‘Imagery Services’ (look to the left). Volume discounts are available."
I use all LAS or LAZ files and yes they are huge. I have many Terra-bytes of them. They are the best due to 1-2 meter resolution. I did not see the specs on their DEM, but they are usually 3-10 meter resolution.
You are probably going to need to purchase some software to read any of them. The only free one I know of that might work is QGIS.
