Subject: RE: Shortcut Cal method

I sat at a case ih combine clinic and they were showing the innacuracies of the grain cart. Basically from memory if the grain cart is completely empty the scales are normally off around 1.5% to the light side. If the cart is half full its accurate and if its close to 75% full on up its 1.5% heavy.
Also if they cart is sitting at more than a 3% incline either side to side or front to back then it will be around 2% off. Basically they can be accurate if done right but if you combine a few of those factors theres the possibility you could be around 3-4% off which isn't accurate enough for most.
