East central Iowa | I returned a computer purchased from Sam's via the Internet that said it had a back-lit keyboard and it didn't. There was no problem. I had opened the box and run the computer. I spent a couple of hours trying to figure out how to turn on the light for the keys. After contacting Dell I discovered it just didn't have lights on the keys, Sam's made a mistake. They were just fine to deal with. I've heard stories of people taking stuff back that was years old and they still took it back.
