If it's not too close to other structures you might want to burn it down. There's no risk of someone getting hurt if you take care of it yourself. After it's down hire someone to bury the remains. If you've ever been involved in a lawsuit where someone was hurt on your property, you'd never consider letting someone take apart a structure.
