nw MN | A grill is a grill, a smoker is a smoker. All the pellet grills and big green egg products on the market are trying to do both and in my opinion they don't do either well.
If you like charcoal that Weber is gonna be hard to beat. I have a gas grill too just for convenience, but the taste just isn't the same. I had a charcoal smoker but it was way too hard to control the temp, especially on long cooks like a brisket. I now have an electric smoker and life is good. | |
