West of Broken Bow		Blackstone Griddle available in different lengths. These are quite popular. Also available in stainless steel. You might want to invest in long handled spatulas if you go this route and don't already have some. Take time to season it well prior to cooking. There are all types of covers available for them, though I am told the solid metal type are better and don't trap moisture.

These hibachi griddles are nice too. But they are definitely more expensive and not as portable as a Blackstone type design.
