I assume the Unverferth 1000 is a tall single auger cart, and not a 2 auger low and long?

Kilbros and a 800 bu. Brent Avalanche look nice and low.

Is there any way you could have a micro switch on the bump bar on a Gleaner to kill the auger and swing it if it hits the cart?

The thing that makes me wonder about a R40-R50 Gleaner is the air cooled should be less fuss if un-attended, and the hydro linkage is pretty precise, and the hydraulics are excellent, and the hydro-electric controls might lend themselves well to computer operation, but you might get all that with a 2144 and get your turret. Plus, if a IH went crashing through the woods, I wouldnt cry. :) lol
