Yes it is oilfield pipe. 2 7/8 for the skids and 2 3/8 for the frame. Used 3" purlin on 3 ft spacing to screw the tin to. It's hell for stout. I also put a piece of 2x2 angle on the front and back the whole way down to stiffen it even more.
If the wind does blown it over I'm not worried about the building I just don't want a cow or a calf to get crushed.
