Midwest | The interviewer is looking for , 1. Do you smell. 2. Do you have caveats that take away from the job. 3. Are you a team player. 4. Will you show up on time. 5. Will you do the job or will always try to switch everything around. 6 Do you have tattoos (yes I said that). 7 Can you pass a a drug test? 8 Are you totally honest. 9 Are you a trasher or a neat person. 9 can you write legibly and talk clearly. 10 do you really want the job at are you looking around. This sounds stiff but that is what the interviewer is looking for. The interviewer probably will have this figured out in the first 30 seconds so walk in confident.
