Sw. Ill | Just be confident. Be prepared for the big question, "what will you bring to this company, what are your strengths?" Dont just say "strong work ethic" like the other 99%. Say you want to make them money by doing your best to save them costs or something along those lines. I myself enjoy shopping around finding the best deals to save money, i think that would be a great asset to a buisness. And farmers generally are good at that, we are always looking for a way to grow crops cheaper and sell higher.
