In Oklahoma City might want to check out Stockyard City/Oklahoma National Stockyards. Biggest cattle auction in country and plenty shops and restaurants nearby. Stocker/feeder sale on monday and cow sale on Tuesday. Even if not into cattle or auctions is quite the sight to see whether sale going on or not. Is just SW of downtown, take Exchange Avenue exit from I-40, which is west of the I-40/I-35 interchange.
