| The cloud is about convenience, not security. If you have something that will be damaging to you when others see it, don't put it on the cloud.
The only questionable thing I have on the cloud is Quickbooks so I can access my company files from multiple machines. This is questionable because there is TID information in QB. My accountant has all of his customers store their company files on DropBox so if he needs to access them he can just call and ask if we're using it. If we're not he can access a current copy without causing issues.
