i bet agco will keep the dealer network and use them to push the white planter.

I can't imagine that Agco really thinks that PP will significantly increase Agco planter market share. I think they see PP as a source of licensing revenue. Kinze, AgLeader, CNH, Deere, and a bunch of foreign planter companies... there are a number of potential licensees. Although I also think PP will be much less relevant within 5 years (at least for planting). Other manufacturers will have developed their own competitive technologies. PP had a big market advantage by being first on the scene a few years back.
