I think a school superintendent has way more responsibility, and requires a giant leap more skill and qualifications and knowledge than waiting tables, so I say your attempt to compare those positions is completely baseless.
You may well get some takers on "putting it up for bids". I doubt you would get anyone remotely qualified at that rate, and if I were a board member that did that, I would expect to be un-elected at the next term, if I were not being recalled mid-term for negligence and insufficient due diligence.
I know of no full-time employees anywhere that gets anything even close to 200 days off. Those kinds of statements pretty much destroys any credibility you might have had. | |
