Subject: RE: Wireless, battery powered doorbells?

We have two in the house. One at the front door and one at the back door.

The back doorbell had the ringer in the house go bad. $10 at HDepot and it is working. The outside button at the back quit working. A couple of dollars at HD and it is working.

We did not know that the front door was wireless. The ringer quit working. I said OK I am going to have to get a new ringer. Opened the ringer and it had batteries. Replaced the batteries and dang if it does not work for every dang roof, gutter, siding, solar salesman.

You can buy doorbells that are wireless button with the ringer. You just stick the button outside close enough to the ringer to ring. Off you go. No wires.

I bet these things are on amazon, ebay, HD, Lowes, etc.
