The Bale King would sure take less horsepower.  We run one pretty well with a 70 hp tractor.

I think you could do big square bales; you might have to cut the strings after dumping the bale in the chamber.  They make an 8000 series for big squares; it is the 5000 series with one side of the tub hydraulically controlled to get more contact between bale and flails.
