NW, IN | Finally got my hay baled up on Saturday. I cut last Sunday and the weather at that time looked good. This was a field of Alfalfa and Medium Red Clover and Orchard Grass. It wasn't ready to bale by Wednesday and we ended up getting an inch of rain Wed night. I tedded on Thursday in hopes of getting it baled Friday, another rain Friday. Finally looked good for Saturday, got another 3/4" Saturday morning, but by 1 I was able to ted again, raked at 3 and baled at 7. Man that was trying on the patience to get that up. But I had good help tonight moving. My wife isn't confident in her wagon hauling skills yet so I don't stake on top with her. It was a good night. For all it got rained on, it still smelled pretty sweet!
