barry county mi | put much growth during july and august. We had great growth in june may so on Im guess spring and more fall growth . We have had 15 heifers some bred and breeding the rest and they havent caught with 8 acers they have been on since first of may. I wonder what the fertilizer requirments are going to be every year as I seeded this last summer and put chicken pellets on before seeding.Im thinking about seeding some more of the ryegrass but wonder how some of you guys manage it. thanks for any information archie ps Ive never had any pasture make feed as this stuff holy cow will it last any length of time the seeding that is.
