Have a new to me '97, 9500 level land with splined header drives. For awhile, I plan on using older heads, 643, 216 set up with side hill drives used with our 6620 SH. The pto shafts, 28" compressed, are about 10-12" too long. Before I cut down a set of shafts to about 15-17" compressed are there any other issues I need to be aware of? Plan on keeping 6620 SH so I don't want to remove side hill drives on heads. Thanks! Joe
