Nw Iowa | Our experience with Boyd booms has not been very good. I think product is good but Customer support would rate about 2 or 3 on a scale of 10. They have some good techs, but they are spread way too thin. Don't want to say any more but you can email me about specifics. We have just boom extensions on our 90 to make it 120 and like the concept of running down every other 60' planter track with a 4730 sprayer. I would like to know how the full aluminum boom would stand up as it would be lighter. We have had ours for 4 or 5 seasons and have had some issues but we would not go back. | |
