Elvaston, IL | I paid rent on a farm last December to three siblings. Two of them deposited the checks right after and the third has still not. I mentioned it to him back in February that the check has never been drawn out of my account, but he's certain he deposited it. Clearly he didn't. It's not a large sum of money, less than $1000, but I want him to receive what's rightfully his, but he would never accept another check because he thinks I already paid him (which I did). Any thoughts?
