If you have new enough C1000 software to be able to change the terminal number, you should be able to just turn off ISObus on the C1000 all-together.
When you go to the terminal setup, terminal settings and then ISObus terminal setup you should see the option of ON or AUTO next to ISOBUS Terminal Functions. You should be able to set it to OFF.
