The biggest challenge Kraft has in making Velveeta is getting it to stay in a block form when you unwrap it. It is mostly water. See how far down the ingredient list milk is. And skim milk on top of that. Actually no liquid milk goes into it. Almost all Kraft products are made out of powders. Very Very little natural cheese used anymore. This is coming from a good friend that is actually running the blenders at the plant. I won`t eat any Kraft product because there really is very little dairy product in it anymore. Realize when a package says cheese product instead of just cheese it is mostly not dairy.
