I don't think it will even mix, if it will, it won't mix well. Moisture is essential for a verticle to cut and aggitate. If I had to just put a number on it, I'd say 30% moisture, but that's just a gut feeling. Really need some kind of wet by-product or syrup would work great. Need Biz to weigh in.
