Subject: RE: Very well said KDD

As far a compensation if the applicator can prove that he done everything right as far as controlling physical drift and it's proven that it is a volatilization issue then the applicator is not liable and their liability insurance will not cover the damages. I've been told to go after the chemical company. KDD you just don't get it yet every non extend soybean field is showing dicamba damage in my area. Why not in the previous years before extendimax? The stuff isn't safe to use. The big difference is that dicamba is being sprayed later in the summer when it is hotter plus a lot more dicamba is vaporizing than in previous years. From the looks of non extend beans and trees in the country side the dicamba is moving around. I'm glad you had success with your beans and extendimax but you got to look a the big picture, look beyond soybean production and what can be affected by this product.
