NW IL | I would be less concerned about international purchasing and more concerned when the seller has ZERO feedback. Also some other red flags, is that there are very few details of the item. If there was a SN available you could at a minumum verify the activations with your JD dealer.
I think I found the listing you are referring to. Located in Cyprus? Personally I would stay away from that listing.
I have purchased precision ag equipment from other countries on eBay before with good success, however the sellers had a long history of positive feedback.
