I use AgStudio for all of my agrinomic and cost record keeping. Their previous program, EasiSuite was really strong on the business side. Since they came out with AgStudio, they have focused on the agronomic side dealinging with soil sampling, fertility, and seeding. It is really strong in that area. However, I believe it is weak in sprayer applications and business/cost side of things. They are making improvements in these areas with more improvements scheduled. Since it was released, AgStuidio has been a work in progress. In my opinion it was released way too early with limited functionality which has frustrated me as I switched over from EasiSuite. I do, however, think it has the potential to be an awesome program in all aspects.

I use it for these purposes:

All agronomic record keeping (seed, chemicals, fertilizer, yield, etc)
Soil sampling
Fertilizer and lime Rx
Seeding Rx
Keeping track of grain storage
Billing landlords for their share of crop inputs
Keeping track of chemical, seed, fertilizer prices
