Subject: Anyone know of places that rebuild Grain Cart load cells?

Southern Illinois
Our spindle load cell had the soldered wire connections pull out last fall when the bolt that holds the sleeve and cell in the axle housing ahead and the tire worked itself loose. This is a scale-tech load cell and I was wondering if anyone know of a place that rebuilds these. All connections are internally soldered down a small bored hole in the load cell itself. A new one costs $1000 but thought I would look into rebuilding as well.
