Subject: RE: Satellite internet

NW of Lincoln, NE
I used to have satellite internet. It was so slow, unresponsive, expensive and unreliable that we ditched it and went back to dial-up. Now they have data caps, as well, I understand. It's an absurd sham.

We have since found other options. Wireless line of sight internet is what is working best for us. We spent about $1000.00 to get set up on it because our house didn't have line of sight, but it has been worth it. Most of the various wireless telephone companies will set you up with a service in your house. Try to find one with at least some sort of an unlimited data plan.

Unless absolutely none of those above options or some other plan would work for you, I would avoid satellite.
